Great book, ready for more

This is my first Robert Capko book that I have read, and trust me, it won't be my last. I would like to see this turned into a movie. I loved all the suspense and drama in this book and I had to fight with myself before I put it down and actually went to sleep. I thought it was amazing! Ready for the next in the John Paxton series. A+, 10, ****! Great piece of work!

Something for everyone!

John Paxton is a believable military hero thrown into a mysterious mission to rescue a downed pilot with dramatic results. The characters, the pacing, the attention to details and Capko's ability to keep you guessing makes Say Goodbye a must read for anyone that just loves a good story.

SAY GOODBYE -- Incredibly well written

SAY GOOODBYE may be Robert Capko's first novel, but he writes like a seasoned pro. I found SAY GOODBYE to be better written than many of the well-known authors who write military techno-thrillers. It gets moving right away, never leaves you bored in the middle, and keeps you flipping the pages toward the end. The end, by the way, is so masterfully crafted, I had to go back and read the last few chapters again--like when you ride the best roller coaster in the theme park and get off to run to get right back on line again. What a great idea to have the first chapter of the next book included at the end, too. I can't wait until THE LONG ROAD HOME is finally released. I'll be watching the Robert Capko fanpage on Facebook for updates!!! As a retired USAF Chief Master Sergeant, I have to say, I'm sure glad that someone saw the "Supermen" of the Special Ops world and recognized that these guys are the best of the best. Pararescuemen have been known to go into places that made the Marines and SEALS they were on mission with question their sanity. Thank you, Robert. You brought my friends in the PJ world to life in SAY GOODBYE! (Bill D, CMSgt, USAF, Retired)
